Position of an Environmental Science Instructor: Looking for a motivated staff to teach courses in Environmental Science. An instructor who will guide students to be the best versions of themselves and guide their career path.

 

Educational Qualifications:
 

  • A Masters and above in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies/Ecology; A PhD is an added advantage

 

Academic and Teaching Experiences:
 

  • Prior teaching experience of similar course at the university level at least for 2 years and above is preferred.

  •  Experience with curriculum creation, research, and academic mentoring.

  • Excellent classroom management skills

  • Knowledge of IFL (Integration of Faith and learning) in the classroom is advantageous
     

Research and Publication:
 

  • Demonstrate expertise in environmental sciences through publications in recognized journals.

  • Proven modality of obtaining research funds and grants is a bonus.

 

Educational & Interpersonal Skills:

 

  • Provide a strong understanding of environmental ideas, policies, and current issues

  • Strong communication, presentation, and educational skills

  • Design interesting lectures, coursework, and practical sessions

  •  Expertise in using new teaching methods and technologies

  • Dedicated to environmental education and sustainability

  • Creative, proactive, and capable of encouraging critical thinking among students

Position of administrative officer: The administrative officer is responsible for ensuring that an office within an organization functions effectively by managing daily office operations, conducting administrative and clerical tasks, and coordinating procedures and policies.

 

Educational qualifications:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Public Administration, or similar discipline.
Additional credentials or training secretarial Science, senior management or leadership are advantageous.

Experience:

 

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally in academic or higher education organizations.

  • Proven experience assisting high-ranking executives or senior officials.

 

Skills:
 

  • Excellent organizing and coordinating skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and diplomatic skills.

  • Capable of managing complex scheduling, correspondence, and high-level meetings.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Expertise in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Proficient in office management tools and university information systems.

Ventures Supervisor—Searching for a motivated and innovative staff; a self-starter who will hit the ground running, to manage ventures activities or businesses for the university.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management/Administration, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship); a masters in the following fields of study is an added advantage.

Professional Experience

  • 2-5+ years of experience in:

    • Startups or early-stage ventures

    • Ventures capital, private equity, or corporate innovation

    • Business development, product management, or strategic consulting

  • Experience launching or scaling a business is a major advantage

  • Previous supervisory or leadership roles in project or team management
